Terms of Service

To use Nodify you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at hello@trynodify.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

One account per person. Sharing account credentials between multiple users is not permitted on individual plans. Multi-seat plans are available for teams.

You may use Nodify for lawful business intelligence purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Nodify application or API except through integrations we explicitly provide.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Nodify software.
• Use the service to research or facilitate any illegal activity, including unauthorized access to third-party systems.
• Submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend access while an investigation is in progress.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize Nodify to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the period you have paid for.

Refunds. We offer refunds at our discretion within 7 days of a charge if you contact us at hello@trynodify.com with a reason. Annual subscriptions cancelled after 7 days are not eligible for prorated refunds unless required by applicable law.

Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days notice before changing your subscription price.

Free tier. The free plan includes one research run and is subject to a 20-file cap. We may modify or discontinue the free tier with reasonable notice.

Nodify uses AI models to synthesize research and write briefings. This content is generated automatically from publicly available web sources.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Competitors' pricing, market figures, product details, and other factual claims should be independently verified before acting on them. Nodify research is for informational purposes only.

Nothing in Nodify's research output constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. Do not rely on it as such.

Research findings include source URLs. We encourage you to review original sources before making significant business decisions based on a briefing.

Your data is yours. The business information, context, and configurations you provide remain your property. You grant Nodify a limited license to use this data solely to operate and deliver the service to you.

The software is ours. Nodify, including all software, infrastructure, design, and proprietary research logic, is owned by Nodify and protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights in our software beyond the right to use the service as described.

Research briefings generated by the service are licensed to you for your own business use. You may share briefings internally. You may not republish or commercially resell them without our written permission.

You may stop using Nodify and close your account at any time from your settings page.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails and is not remedied within 7 days, or if continued operation of your account poses a legal or security risk. Where possible, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

On termination, your access to the service ends. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that research output will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodify's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

These Terms were last updated in March 2026. We will notify you by email if we make material changes.
